This is a vintage Happy Doll from England. This little gal is called Jolly Jill, which is written in gold on her hat. Jill is made of hard plastic and is in a blue and white uniform. She is wearing a leather hat that has turned hard with her name and her little ballet shoes and stockings are painted on. All of her clothes are intact and still beautiful Jill's hair is mohair and her features are painted on her face. She still has her original tag tied to her arm. She stands 6 1/2" tall and as you can see from pictures she is in perfect vintage condition.
Our next DIY dollhouse, by , was created by placing two drawers from an old nightstand back-to-back and attaching them with some wood. Using plywood to add a second floor, bright spray paint, and lots of fun paper attached with Mod Podge, these drawers were transformed into a happy doll home that has a design perfect for a second playmate!
