The Xbox One Kinect voice commands can be used to navigate through the operation system instead of the default choice i.e controller. While they may be flawed, they do provide a neat shortcut, once they work. Since Kinect comes packed with every Xbox One, the voice commands are pretty handy and this neat little picture can help you keep track of all of them.
In the video, which can be , Hryb tells his Kinect to "use a code" and holds an Xbox Live 14-day trial card in front of the camera. The code is processed rapidly, with his Xbox asking him in about two seconds if he wants to redeem the XBL code it's just scanned.
The Kinect depth sensor range is: minimum 800mm and maximum 4000mm. The Kinect for Windows Hardware can however be switched to Near Mode which provides a range of 500mm to 3000mm instead of the Default range. If you are using an Xbox Kinect with the Kinect for Windows SDK then Near Mode is not supported.
